About Lisa ….

A licensed mental health counselor based out of Seattle, Lisa’s counseling work has become focused on trauma and anxiety.  Lisa started out working with children in foster care and Hope Place (a transitional housing facility for mothers and families in the Seattle area).  She moved onto work in different community mental health organizations and onto an online platform during Covid 2020.  Her experience includes but is not limited to working with anxiety, depression, bipolar, borderline, schizophrenia, trauma and more.  She has had  opportunities to work cross culturally (through interpreters), working with children in schools, working with adults coming out of inpatient care and mental hospitals, and working in traditional outpatient counseling settings.  Through these different experiences, Lisa is now focusing her counseling practice working with adults primarily with trauma and anxiety.  Through seeing the effectiveness of LifeSpan Integration in her clients’ lives, Lisa has made LI her main treatment modality.  She also provides Christian counseling for those who want that form of help.

Lisa graduated from Northwest University in Kirkland, WA, in 2014 with a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology.

Lisa likes to spend her spare time traveling, reading, and doing crafts.
